Project Management
Securing the right project outcome or planning decision depends upon not only the quality of advice but also the overall management of the project. We are used to being a part of multi disciplinary teams and either co-ordinating the programme and work of other disciplines or working with external construction project managers to secure the right outcome within the project timescale.
We work with the client and consultant team to identify work requirements, project milestones and monitor performance according to these objectives. As part of this, often where EIA is involved, we will help set the scope of any necessary studies, liaise with the relevant planning authorities and consultees and review and comment on specialist reports so that a consistent and integrated approach is achieved.
