Development:
Alliance Planning has project managed the preparation and submission of a scheme for 150 dwellings, including affordable and open space provision, on a previously reserved site (now released) for Persimmon Homes. The brief included project managing nine other consultants. Negotiations with the Local Planning Authority pre-application have ensured that all concerns relating to previous proposals have been fully addressed, including provision of SPA mitigating open space. There were over 500 objections to the scheme. Planning permission has been granted.

Project:
Oak Tree Drive, Guildford
Development:
Planning secured planning permission for 27 houses and apartments, including affordable housing on the site of six houses. Negotiations included the submission of a second application to overcome concerns of the Local Planning Authority and local residents relating to density, trees, affordable housing, parking and scale, without compromising scheme viability.
Role:
