Daventry Town Centre Regeneration
Development:
A partnership with Daventry District Council, West Northamptonshire Development Corporation and WSP to undertake an outline planning application for a major mixed use town centre redevelopment - retail, residential, leisure and community facilities. Alliance Planning are responsible for managing the application process, master planning and stakeholder consultation. Additional studies are being provided by WSP.

St Paul's Lane, Bournemouth
Development:
The development of a major mixed use urban regeneration scheme, involving a 14 story residential tower, 100,000sqft of headquarters offices and mixed active frontage uses, including possible health and fitness, creche, retail and cafe uses. The whole development framed a new, landscaped public square with high permeability and public art. The project commenced construction in 2007.

Initial planning advice and negotiation, planning brief, application and community engagement.
