Project:

Minehead Town Centre

Development:

A major mixed use development on the edge of Minehead Town Centre involving the construction of a new sports and leisure centre, synthetic sports pitches, cricket pavilion, community hospital, residential dwellings and flood mitigation works.  Alliance Planning has provided strategic planning advice, prepared the Environmental Impact Assessment and acted as planning agent for the submission of an outline planning application.  The application is to be determined in 2008.  Architects: Aedas.
