Cedar House, Reigate
Development:
Cedar House is a proposed major new 30,000sq ft headquarters office building designed by architects Holder Mathias, in the heart of Reigate. The site was occupied by a 1960's low rise office building and the development maximised the development envelope to provide a modern glass fronted office building with flexible modern floorplates to optimise market potential. Permission was granted in 2007 and conditions are now discharged, with construction due 2008.
