Steve Fidgett - Managing Director

Steven Fidgett BSc (Hons) DipTP MRTPI MIQ - Steven has over 20 years experience providing a wide range of advice to both public and private sector clients, including many blue chip companies, CBI, Government Departments and agencies and has led negotiations on many complex development projects as well as national and local policy and legislation. He founded Alliance planning in 1996.

Julian Wooderson - Associate Director

Julian Wooderson BA (Hons) DipEAM MRTPI - Julian is a town planner with 9 years experience of planning, environmental and sustainability work in both the public and private sectors. Julian specialises in the fields of sustainable and environmental assessment, housing capacity and strategic planning studies.
 
Away from the office Julian enjoys outdoor leisure activities, socialising, keeping fit and constantly looking for ways to reduce his carbon footprint.

Jon Rowlatt - Planning Consultant

Jon Rowlatt, BSc MSc - Jon has been with Alliance Planning for just over a year having graduated from Cardiff University in 2006 with an undergraduate degree in City and Regional Planning and a Masters degree in Regeneration Studies.  During his sandwich year, Jon worked in developement control at Bournemouth Borough Council, dealing with a range of planning applications.
 
In his spare time, Jon enjoys playing a wide variety of sport and socialising with friends.

 

Haydn Payne - Director

Haydn Payne Ba (Hons) Dip TP Dip Surv MRTPI MRICS (Mobile 07791 740 611) – Haydn recently joined Alliance and has over 23 years of experience advising private and public clients on all aspects of the planning system and securing permissions for commercial, residential, retail, education and leisure developments. He is a Chartered Town Planner and Chartered Surveyor with a background working in senior positions for London Surveying firms and for a leading house builder. Before joining the team at Alliance, he was the Planning Director at Berkeley Strategic and is a former Partner and Head of Planning at Cluttons.
