ISO 9002

Andy Stallan (Director) is responsible for Quality Assurance procedures for the Company.  Alliance has a Quality Assurance system that is operated to high standards through registered assessors and is being updated in line with good practice under the terms of ISO9002. 

ISO 14000

The Company is progressing towards full ISO 14000 accreditation within the next 12 months and has an established environmental policy, which seeks to ensure this is achieved.

Client Care

We undertake a client care programme on all major projects.
This provides the client with a direct contact point with another Director not working on the project. This Director carries out formal periodic appraisals of the Firm's performance with the client in order to ensure we fully meet our client's business requirements.
